I found this data on Texas State’s Institutional Research website. The pivot table contains a lot of data and makes it easy to sort and create your own. I pulled the enrollment data over the existing years to show how enrollment has been on the rise in the School of Journalism & Mass Communication. As you can see and can probably assume, fall always pulls ahead while summer drags well behind. However, based on the data, you can see summer having an increase in enrollment during these sessions.
By looking at the website, you will see they have additional data to offer such as retention and degrees awarded. I just looked at SJMC’s data for the relevance but it would be interesting to see how the College of Science and Engineering and Health Professions are doing in their emerging fields.
