I realize that this is the single most random post I’ve made this semester, but trust me … I think I’m onto something big here.
The other day, I realized this class is the perfect metaphor for the first season of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. Check it out.
… The first six rangers represent the first class of students … (Jordan, Zahra, Thomas, Harrison, Beth, Virginia) …
… Bulk and Skull represent the comic relief … (Jesse & Justen) …
… Zordon represents our fearless leader, Professor Royal …
… And Alpha, Zordon’s assistant, is totally Apan.
It’s write-a-blog-post-at-10-AM-perfect. Everything fits. It’s flawless I tell you, flawless.
And, in some horribly geeky way, this is my way of saying ‘thanks’ for a wonderful semester. I know that it isn’t quite over yet, but I have the feeling that once things pick-up for us, they won’t let down until it’s all said and done. I thought I should take the opportunity now to let everyone know what an awesome time I’ve had, how much I’ve learned, and more than anything else- how much I’ve appreciated all of your company.
You are, in no uncertain terms, the coolest group of students and faculty I’ve had the pleasure to work with. Let’s wrap the semester up on a fun note and produce some amazing content.
