We all know and love Buzzfeed quizzes. Some of us may lie about it, but we all love them. One of my biggest passion areas is Tolkien and the Lord of the Rings, so I’ve been working on a fun/playful Tolkien fan quiz. Basically, you would go through a series of questions that would determine what kind of fan you are. Are you a true Tolkien nerd? Are you a film buff? Although I’m still toying around with it (and it’s not in my photo), I’m thinking of making one option where you just don’t care about the movies or books at all and your result is a “Why did you even take this quiz?”
The quiz questions will award the taker points, some of the questions will be weighted more strongly than the other questions. The total points will determine the category of fan you are. I would like to add a personalized photo or gif to each possible answer, and I’m thinking I can do this by putting them in div’s, but having them invisible unless the right array selects them (I really hope that made sense).
My other thought is an “I hate the Oscars” and “Richard Linklater got screwed” app, but I’m not sure how that one would work.
